RusHydro holders approve paying 11 bln rbl in 2017 divs

MOSCOW, Jun 27 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian state-controlled hydropower giant RusHydro on Wednesday approved paying 2.63 kopecks per share, or a total of 11.226 billion rubles, in dividends for 2017.

The payment will account for 50% of the company’s net profit calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

RusHydro paid 19.876 billion rubles in dividends for 2016.
